If he stipulates a purchase contract outside of our business premises, sale is susceptible to legislative decree n. 50 of 15/01/1992 and article 5 of legislative decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005 which provides for the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Distance selling by phone, online and delivered to domicile or picked up in our company’s headquarters or in one of our company store in the territory come under this case.
The right of withdrawal is applicable to natural people (customers) who act out of their commercial activity’s purposes. Purchases made by seller and companies are excluded.
What does it consist in?
Customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal within 10 business days from the time he physically receives the package. This right means that customer is allowed to return the purchased good to the trader. Furthermore, he is entitled to get the paid amount reimbursed. Additional costs as packaging, labour, transport and cash on delivery are excluded. Customers who want to withdraw from the contract have to send to the company a notification within 10 days from doing the order if the contract is related to supply of services or from the time he receives the products, if the contract is related to supply of products. To take advantage of this right (to resend the intact product within 10 days from the purchase) user must enter his account area on the website www.carillohome.com and ask for the right of withdrawal. This request will be valued and managed by our customer service. If it will be approved, customer will receive a RMA form to print and to attach to package he wants to resend. Customer has to pay transport costs and will decide the carrier. N.B.: vital statistics who will carry out the return must be the same of whom has done the order.
Customer will resend the package to Angelo Carillo SPA, via Interporto Campano Lotto H- 80035 Nola (NA). The product must be intact and accompanied by the packing list. Customer will pay transport costs. Within 30 days from the time our company receives customer’s communication of the package it will refund to customer the amount he paid. Packaging, labour, transport and cash on delivery costs are excluded.
If the contract is related to supply of services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on rendered services. If the contract is related to supply of products the right of withdrawal will be approved only if the original package has not been opened and etiquette, which guarantees product’s integrity, has not been removed or ruined.

HOW TO RESEND THE PRODUCTS
To obtain the authorization to resend products, customer must write an email to email@example.com. After having received the approval code, carefully wrap the item to guard the original packaging from damage, writings or etiquette’s applications.
