Return and exchange

Return authorization, for each reason, must be requested within 14 days from the delivery exclusively through the account area on www.carillohome.com where is possible to ask for total or partial refund of your order in the section “ my orders”.

Once you have completed your request, carillohome will  verify and approve the picking up of the products. It will be accepted only refund that have the authorization as well as the progressive number of RMA (return material authorization).

Once the notice of the refund request arrives, Carillo Home will provide for communicating to client the instruction for resending the product and will advice carrier for collecting the items. Customer must resend the product to:

The product must be intact and in its original packaging.

Client is compelled to:

  1. print the RMA form which could be find in his account area and to insert it in the package
  2. Attach on the package the name, RMA code and the caption “refund e-commerce”.

The return of goods can be done not further 14 days from receiving the product and Carillohome will be responsible for transport costs.

Refund will be within 30 days from receiving the item where client would have respected all of the parameters.

The right of withdrawal is exposed to these conditions:

  1. The right is applicable only to purchased products in their entirety
  2. At its arrival at Carillohome store location the product will be examined to evaluate possible damages, tampering or usury. If the packaging is ruined client cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Substitution procedure will start if there are the following options:

  1. If size or color don’t satisfy customer requirements
  2. If the received product doesn’t respect the parameter which are described in the website.

In each of these cases client will be responsible for transport costs and delivery must be done by an overnight carrier.

Client who decides to ask for product substitution must contact carillohome company by email to info@carillohome.com and wait the exchange authorization.

It will be necessary to have the following data:

  1. Order number
  2. Customer code

To request the product substitution client must conform to the following indications:

  1. The product mustn’t been used, put on , washed or ruined and must have an intact packaging
  2. The etiquette (which identifies the brand and the size) must be attached to the product
  3. The item can be substituted only with the same article in different color and size

Carillo Home reserves the right of inspecting the item before accepting or not the exchange.
If Carillohome cannot substitute the item it will provide for reimbursing within 10 days from receiving the package with the same payment method used to purchase it (if you paid on cash, refund will be done with a bank transfer).

If all of the conditions for the exchange will not be respected, the product will not be accepted and it will be resent to client who will be responsible for its delivery costs.
