Shipping, except for different agreements, will be done via ground carriers defined by Angelo Carillo & C. S.p.a. or its delegate. In this case and only when delivery costs are charged we are responsible for items’ transit. In case of fire and theft Angelo Carillo & C. S.p.a. sends a new item. If the same is not available or is finished, our company will propose a different one but with equivalent features. Furthermore, customer has the option to refuse it and to ask for the issue of a credit note for the same item.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is within 48/72 business hours. It becomes up to 7 days and within 8 business days for out of stock items and when we have to order them to mother company. If items are not available even there, delivery time will rise but customer will be updated as quickly as possible by phone. Delivery time could have changes for major forces, traffic conditions or authority act causes. Except for written accords, delivery will be in business hours: from 9.00 a. m to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and in working days. When you pick up the package if it is not perfect, it is advised to accept it with reservation. If item is damaged you have to send photos of it together with a refund request. Otherwise, refund will not be considered.

Angelo Carillo & C. S.p.a. works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible. It will send items within 24/48 hours from receiving the order (except for different agreements).
If the order is related to out of stock items and they are not available within 2 weeks Angelo Carillo & C. S.p.a. reserves the right to cancel the back order.
Delivery is made in free port, charging interests on the invoice. The total cost, which is anticipated by Angelo Carillo & C. S.p.a. will be calculated considering the weight of the package. If you prefer to pay cash on delivery there will be an additional fee of 6,00€ on your charges and it will be necessary to insert landline number.
